Hemp-derived extract was made federally legal under the Farm Bill of 2018 as long as the hemp contains 0.3% or less THC. However individual states may govern hemp and CBD differently and keep in mind state-law overrules federal-law, do your due diligence to make sure you’re in a compliant state. The hemp and hemp-derived products we use at HerbalBuds is well within the federal guidelines and is federally legal and below 0.3 THC content.
